All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on April 23, 2025 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC would like to obtain cadastral surveying work required in order to survey the lands, establish the boundary limits and prepare a reference plan of survey of certain TC parcels in the Niagara area (Thorold).These lands include approximately 91 ha of the land area. The lands are located immediately east of the working Welland Canal running from Lake Ontario to the Queen Elizabeth Way.
