Items to be delivered duty paid (DDP) to Sainte-Catherine, Quebec, the port of Quebec City, Quebec or St. John’s NL, for the 2025 Arctic Sealift. This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claim Agreement (NLCA) for deliveries to and services performed in Iqaluit, Resolute Bay, Eureka, Cambridge Bay, Coral Harbour and Killiniq, Nunavut.
