This request for standing offers (RFSO) cancels and supersedes previous RFSO number Doc5145971609 dated 23 June 2025 with a closing of 10 July 2025 at 2:00pm ET. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Summary: The Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base (CFB Wainwright) in Denwood, Alberta has the as and when requested requirement for kitchen equipment maintenance services, including the provision of all applicable estimates, inspections, supervision, labour, consumables, parts and permits required to complete routine preventative maintenance services and routine and urgent repair services. The period of the SO is from date of issuance to 25 August 2028 inclusive, with the option to extend for an additional two, one year periods. There are security requirements associated with the SO. Offerors are encouraged to use environmentally preferable packaging for all packaged goods to be delivered to the end user as part of this procurement.
