Reissue of Request for Supply Arrangements. This request for supply arrangements (RFSA) cancels and supersedes previous RFSA number E6HAL-250002 dated 21 July, 2025 with a closing of 19 August, at 14:00 (EDT). This response time deadline is 14:00 (EDT). Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), Atlantic Region, intends to establish a Regional Master Supply Arrangement for the provision of miscellaneous building materials and supplies on an ''as and when requested'' basis for use by various Federal Government Departments and Agencies located in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Labrador and Prince Edward Island. To support supplier diversity and regional delivery capability, the procurement has been unbundled into the following seven zones: Zone 1: New Brunswick and Northern Nova Scotia Zone 2: Halifax Regional Municipality and Central Nova Scotia Zone 3: Prince Edward Island Zone 4: Newfoundland Zone 5: Labrador Zone 6: Greenwood and Western Nova Scotia Zone 7: Sydney and Eastern Nova ScotiaSuppliers may submit offers for one or more zones according to their capacity and interest. Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and suppliers of Non-Trading partner are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Eligibility for individual Requests for Proposal against the Supply Arrangement may be limited to Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner.
