This Request for Information (RFI) seeks submissions from interested parties capable of supporting potential ship recycling activities within British Columbia. The objective is to collect detailed site, legal, regulatory, and operational information to inform strategic planning and assess site readiness for future ship recycling projects. Respondents are requested to provide verifiable documentation (issued within the past 12 months) to support the information provided in their submissions. This RFI is not a solicitation. No commitment from the Government of Canada is made with respect to future release of RFPs, purchases or contracts. No agreement or contract will be entered into, with any person or entity, as a result of this RFI. This RFI is not to be considered in any way a commitment by the Government of Canada or as authority to potential respondents to undertake any work which could be charged to the Government of Canada. The Government of Canada will not reimburse any expenses incurred for the preparation of responses to this RFI or any participation.
