PWGSC, on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for rental of a site with accommodations, food services, a body of water, docks, classrooms and storage space to provide sailing nautical training, located in Estrie, Montérégie and Centre du Québec Region (Quebec) Canada, as detailed in Annex Statement of Work.
