Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W3554-256410/A dated June 19, 2025 with a closing of August 28, 2025 at 2:00 PM (EST) A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. The Contractor is to deliver, install, and maintain two (2) trailers joined to form a single modular office complex, 1 trailer for Male and Female Washplace Lavatory space on a rental basis on behalf of Windsor Extended Docking Work Period (EDWP) for a period of six (6) years with the option to extend for two, (2), one-year periods located at Department of National Defence (DND), Fleet Maintenance Facility Cape Scott (FMF CS) all in accordance with the Annex Basis of Payment and Annex Mandatory Requirements and Specifications. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to August 08, 2031 inclusive.
