If an equivalent system is proposed it must be demonstrated how it is equivalent to the specifications required in the Leica GS18 Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration.
