Notice to suppliers: This solicitation of offers is subject to the Policy on Reciprocal Procurement. This means that only Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner, as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offers Definitions, are eligible for this solicitation of offers. Offers submitted by Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner will be rejected. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. This request is to procure a liquid manure applicator to support ecological water management program at AAFC-MRDC. The equipment will be used for the application of liquid manure in field work associated with establishing long-term, public-good manure plot sites. It will support at least three current projects from Dr. Xu's program funded from STB A-base, Organic Science cluster, and ACS Living Lab.
