PSPC, on behalf of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, has a requirement for consultant services for the building electrification design at various locations in Nova Scotia (Shearwater and Sydney). The invited firms qualified under this SA are: Argyll Associates Limited; Dillon Consulting Limited; Englobe Corp; exp Services Inc; M&R Engineering Limited; and Pageau Morel et associés inc. Debrief: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation.
