MAE department uses lab equipment like the steam turbine to teach Thermodynamic principals such as the Rankine cycle to 3rd year engineering students. Offerors must clearly demonstrate compliance with each Mandatory Evaluation Criteria (MEC). Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration.
