RFP Refinery gas analyzer system and components

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2025-11-14 at 2PM EST. All bids submitted after 2PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Natural Resources Canada has a requirement for a Refinery Gas Analyzer (RGA) system and components to replace one currently in operation for 14 years. As a result of the solicitation process, Public services and Procurement Canada intends to award one contract for a period of one year. The RGA system and components must be delivered no later than March 31, 2026. The offer must meet all the requirements of the evaluation to be declared compliant. Full details are found in the Request for Proposals document. The Interim Policy on Reciprocal Procurement applies. Only Canadian suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner are eligible to submit an offer. See Ariba Discovery NPP for more details. Should there be any discrepancies between the wording of this notice and the RFP, the RFP wording will prevail.
