Description

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: All required supporting documentation and statement of capabilities submission must be submitted by May 4th, 2026, by 2:00PM EDT. The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada has a requirement for physical and visual inspections, Information Technology Security Guidance-02 Radio Frequency (ITSG-02 RF) testing and maintenance on an array of in-service RF Enclosures, RF Hybrid Enclosures and components, located in high risk secure zones. The purpose of the ACAN is to signal the government’s intention to award a contract to Raymond EMC Enclosures Ltd. Prior to awarding the contract, the government would like to provide other suppliers the opportunity to demonstrate their capability to satisfy the requirements set out in this notice, by submitting a statement of capabilities during the posting period.
