AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 6, 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Automated Plate Pouring System Health Canada (HC) has a requirement for the supply of one automated plate pouring system to support research and surveillance activities for food illness related outbreak investigations. The requirement includes installation, on-site training and Warranty, Maintenance and Support Services. Delivery to Ottawa, ON must be received within six weeks of Contract Award Date. Offerors must meet the mandatory requirement detailed in the Request for Proposal. This solicitation of offers is only open to Canadian Suppliers as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offer Definitions. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract Award to one-year after delivery and acceptance of the Work inclusive. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing or by telephone.
