Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Western Region, on behalf of Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has a requirement for the provision of all labor, supervision, project management, materials, equipment, software, licenses and related services required to upgrade the ABB System 800xA Building Automation System (BAS) at the CSCHAH from version 6.1.0 to the most current version at time of installation. Work is to be performed primarily at the CSCHAH facility in Winnipeg, MB, with certain engineering and factory testing activities carried out at the Contractor’s premises prior to shipment.
