Ensure you are fully registered in CanadaBuys/SAP Ariba! Canada is seeking offers for the printing and custom manufacturing of double-windowed envelopes for Receiver General of Canada cheques. The estimated annual requirement is approximately 30–35 million envelopes. Deliveries will be made to two print centres located in Québec City, Quebec, and Winnipeg, Manitoba. The contract period will commence on the date of award and extend to September 30, 2029, with the option to exercise two additional one-year periods. There is no security requirement associated with this solicitation. The technical evaluation will be conducted in two phases. Bidders must first meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria. Only bids that successfully meet these mandatory requirements will be invited to the second phase, which requires the submission of 1,000 samples of envelopes. The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or service and subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
