Air Cadet Power Pilot Training Course

All required supporting documentation and offer submission must be submitted by February 16th 2026 at 14:00 EST. All offerss submitted after 14:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence requires Canadian Flight Training Units to deliver a structured seven-week training program enabling selected Royal Canadian Air Cadets to obtain a Transport Canada–issued Private Pilot Licence (Aeroplane). The program must include ground school, flight training, and administrative support, with the provision of all required personnel, aircraft, facilities, and equipment. All training must be conducted in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations, applicable Transport Canada Flight Training Unit standards, and the conditions set out in the Statement of Work.
