Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful.-There is no security requirement. -This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. -Reference the solicitation for further details.
