Training Facility RFSO prior Agreements

AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 16 June 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada has a requirement for a training facility and accommodations for the provision of tactical and collective mobility training services, on an “as and when requested” basis for the Department of National Defence. To access the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) documents, it is mandatory that both the Confidentiality Agreement and the Non-Disclosure Agreement be duly signed. Upon receipt of the executed agreements, you will be invited to participate in the RFSO solicitation process. At that time, you will be granted access to the relevant documentation and will be eligible to submit your offer.
