Reissue of Solicitation of Offers. This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS54699596043 dated 2026-02-12 with a closing of 2026-03-23 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to lease Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) capable radio sets to enable the CAF in Ontario to establish communication between elements in the field and rear command posts. The requirement will include a firm lease portion as well as “as and when required” to Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).
