Conversion of IRCC application kits to large print and/or braille, including embossing or fillable pdf, upon request

Contract for conversion of IRCC application kits to large print and/or braille, including embossing or fillable pdf, on an “as and when requested” basis for (3) three years including all options. This requirement aims to respond to the specific needs of the Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) clients. Generally, application kits are made up of an instruction guide, several application forms and associated document checklist. As clients are not always able to use the published standard version, IRCC receives accommodation requests from the public for large print and/or braille format, either in English or French.
