Second Language Training for Foreign Service Officers

Re-solicitation of CIC-156707-A Immigration, Refugee's and Citizenship Canada's (IRCC) International Network has a requirement for in-person Second Language Training. The training will be given to Foreign Service Officers (FSO) on an "as and when requested" basis. The program will be structured to provide FSOs with the training to achieve a C/C/C reading, writing, oral language profile in order to meet the requirements of employment. Each learner will be allowed to take up to a maximum of 2270 hours of Second Language Training. The contract will include two streams, one for full-time group training and one for full-time individual training. Both streams will be provided in either French or English. The contract includes an initial contract period of 7 months and include the irrevocable right to extend the term of the contract by up to (3) three additional (1) year period under the same conditions.
