Replacement and Various Work on Heating Pumps

SITE VISITS The site visits will be held on December 3, 2024 and on December 4, 2024 both at 9 :00 am EST. Meet Yip Pieng Lam at 75 Boul. De Mortagne, Boucherville, Québec J4B 6Y4. Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site and their tenders, therefore, will be considered as nonresponsive. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE. The work covered by this contract refers to the tender documents issued by the engineering consulting firm, Les Services EXP inc. This project is composed of two (2) components. They are as follows: 1) Replacement of the three (3) pumps, P1 -2, P1-3 and P1-4, which provide the heating circulation for the building at 75 boulevard De Mortagne in Boucherville for the National Research Council; 2) Performance of various interventions on the heat pumps.
