To provide consulting services in support of developing a Loan Integrity Unit, including developing a sustainable loan integrity operating model that includes clearly defined ways of working (functions and processes), organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, performance measures, technology/systems, tools and interaction model with stakeholders. Provide decision support to determine how to resource/source the required capabilities to support the loan integrity operating model. Develop process and provide expertise.
