2027 Gravel Haul

Gravel Haul Tender 2027 The Rural Municipality of St. Louis No. 431 is accepting Tenders for loading, hauling and spreading of approximately 15,000 yards of Road Gravel for the 2027 year. Gravel will be supplied by the Municipality, potentially from two separate pit locations. Gravelling to be completed in JUNE. The R.M. requests that all bidders submit pricing for primary and secondary weights, attach “Letter of good standing” from Saskatchewan WCB, confirmation of insurance, a list of truck/trailer units to be used and References, if available. The municipality has the right to randomly weigh any or all of the loads. Longest haul 25 miles, Belly Dump only. Tenders to be received by the Administrator no later than 4:00 p.m. November 10, 2026, Tenders will be opened at the regular meeting of Council on November 12, 2026.
