Bidders must submit bids through the Online Bidding System https://mpe.bidsandtenders.ca/ before 2:00:00 p.m. local time November 26, 2026 for the construction of: Cutbank Rural Pipeline Utility Regional System Expansion – Water Treatment Plant Upgrade The work included in this project is within the RM of Loreburn, Saskatchewan. Major work items are as follows: a) Construction of underground concrete treated water storage. b) Underground piping to connect the reservoir expansion to the existing reservoirs. c) New Water Treatment Plant and all associated process equipment, mechanical, and electrical. d) New residuals settling pond and interconnecting pipes, valves, and manholes and effluent piping. e) Miscellaneous sitework, site grading, septic tank, fencing, yard piping. f) Demolishing and salvage of interior elements of existing water treatment plant.
