Supply and Planting of Boulevard and Park Trees
Description
The City seeks qualified suppliers to supply and plant approximately 3,000 trees every year within soft landscapes areas, including turfed boulevards, lawns, natural areas and parkland across the City.It is the City’s intent to award this contract up to three (3) Suppliers to a maximum budget. The allocation of work will be proportionally split based on the highest ranked bidder receiving a larger percentage of the available budget, based on scoring differential. The Contract is anticipated to be awarded in Spring 2026, with a contract commence date of September 20, 2026. Pricing submitted under the procurement will be held firm for the during of the Contract. The initial contract term will be approximately five (5) years, with up to three (3) additional one (1) year period under the same conditions (“Extended Period”).
