Skylight Refurbishment at Glen Abbey Community Centre

* Electronic Submissions Only *A rooftop 8' x 12' skylight is present within a central roof area of the Glen Abbey Community Centre.  The insulated glazing units (IGUs) and sealants of the skylight system are observed to have failed.  Scope of work includes the removal, disposal and replacement of the existing fourteen (14) custom insulated glazing units, all snap caps, pressure plates, flashings, fasteners and any other applicable items of the skylight. This Request for Tender ("RFT") is to retain a Contractor for this project.
