Gateway Parking Lot and Day Use Landscape Improvements at Widgeon Marsh Regional Park

The work includes civil construction of an asphalt parking lot, garbage bin storage area and limited widening of the adjacent road to accommodate turning movements of the garbage truck. Landscape works include completion of day use area amenities including gravel path, fencing, gates, information kiosk, water fountain, site furnishings, boulder walls, and plantings and five-year period of plant maintenance as detailed in specification Section 01 11 00 Summary of Works 3 m wide, compacted gavel in the fields and forests for use by pedestrians, cyclists and equestrians. as detailed in Specifications and Drawings of this RFP.
