The Hazardous Waste Management Facility is located on the Edmonton Waste Management Centre (Cloverbar dump) property. The facility is a single, 1.5 storey structure composed of one large main roof area with two smaller side canopies. All three roof areas are to be replaced from a conventionally insulated and ballasted EPDM roof system to one of the two specified roofing options.
