Design and construction of a new Gymnasium (Gym) including a connection link (Link) to the 7-12, currently under renovation, Calgary Charter Hub building. The Gym will have an opening and build-out capacity of 2,005 students, an area of 2,762 m2 of permanent construction in addition to a Link of approximately 146-711 m2. The final Link size will be issued with the RFP documents.
