General Contractors Roster

This Request for Pre-Qualification (the “RFPQ”) is an invitation by the Calgary Public Library (the “Library”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for establishing a General/Prime Contractor Services Roster. Qualified vendors are invited to apply for placement on the list based on the format provided in this document.
