2024 - City of Spruce Grove City Hall 2nd and 3rd Floor Renovation

The City of Spruce Grove has experienced administrative growth that resulted in the need for additional work spaces. Facilities Management completed a functional program for the departments located within City Hall and determined that a densification project that included the planned life cycle replacements would ensure that staff could be accommodated into the future.
