NAIT South Lobby Redevelopment Project

The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Management (“CM”) services for pre-construction and construction services for the proposed South Lobby Redevelopment project. The business arrangement will incorporate a Construction Manager delivery model with the option to convert to a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) or Stipulated Sum at the Owner’s discretion.
