Repairing the Kinsmen Park Building exteriors to prevent further deterioration of the building components (rotted fascia and soffit, cracked joint seals, penetrations in metal cladding) • Replacement of gable ladder rafters where needed • Replacement of fascia and soffit • Replacement of metal flashings as required • Seal or replace metal cladding where penetrations are • Replacement of all joint seals around Kinsmen building and Snake Shack
