RFP# 1402 Refrigeration Technician Construction Management

Lethbridge Polytechnic is inviting qualified Construction Management firms to submit proposals for the provision of Construction Management services for the Refrigeration Technician, AN1800 base building, TE base building-White Boxing, and Sprinkler throughout the AN1800 wing located at 3000 College Drive S. in Lethbridge, Alberta. The successful proponent will enter into an agreement with the Owner to provide pre-construction and construction-phase services.
