Cell 5B Cell Construction

The work to be performed under the Contract consists of the construction of the Phase 5B landfill cell, including the liner system consisting of the compacted clay liner, geomembrane, drainage geocomposite, and protective layer; leachate collection drainage system, leachate riser, surface water management ditches, and associated work.
