The Town of Castor (“Town”) is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of a complete, turnkey refurbishment package for the “School Lift Station” supplying all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination and commissioning necessary to complete the project as outlined in the Request for Tender (see Appendix A). 1.2.
