Halkirk Utility Upgrades

The next phase of Halkirk’s utility renewal project focuses on upgrading the existing water and replacing sanitary systems along Main Street, between Railway Avenue and Alberta Avenue and continuing off to replace sanitary line from Range Rd 160 to Lagoon Area.
