Halkirk Utility Upgrades

The project is to include the Works required to complete upgrading the existing water and replacing sanitary systems in Halkirk, Alberta. The Work will require an excavation to upgrade existing water systems and replace existing sanitary systems, restoration of work area and road surface works. Some materials within the project area will require special precautions for removal and disposals, due to the nature of existing materials and contamination.
