Wellness Centre – New Building

OLCN is requesting Proposals for the supply and installation of a Ready-to-Move (RTM) building based on three (3) functional design options outlined in Appendix A. In addition to RTM building solutions, OLCN will also accept proposals for conventional site-built construction. Proponents may submit pricing for the proper construction of a permanent building that meets the same space program, functional requirements, building code requirements, and performance standards outlined in this RFP.
