This PQR is issued by the ASHC with the intention of creating a list of Contractors who are pre-qualified to supply turnkey modular homes (prefabricated/factory-built housing) to communities throughout Alberta impacted by Emergencies (e.g. Wildfires, floods etc.), who execute the Master Agreement.
