EV Charging Stations Installation Project

Description: Work under this contract covers but is not limited to, all work required for installation of NRC supplied electric vehicle charging stations at various sites throughout NRC’s Montreal Road, Uplands, and Lester Rd campuses in Ottawa, Ontario. Mandatory site visit: Interested bidders must attend one of the mandatory site visits held on 31 March 2026 at 9:00 AM ET and 2nd April 2026 at 9:00 AM ET at 1200, chemin Montréal, Ottawa, ON, K1A 0R6. The site visit will be a multi-site visit. Proponents are asked to meet at the Main Entrance of building M-55 located at 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa ON at 9:00 AM ET. As multiple sites will be visited, please allow several hours for the full tour. All persons attending the site visit must bring valid identification (ID) and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, safety footwear, high-visibility vests and hard hats. Individuals without the required PPE may be denied access to the site. All deliverable must be received within 16 weeks of Contract Award.
