REQUIREMENT Parks Canada Agency (PCA) is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to complete work on this project and to cover the furnishing of all labour, materials and equipment required to provide construction services for the mitigation of rockfall and slope stability hazards at three rock slopes along the Cabot Trail Highway in the vicinity of North Mountain west, within the Cape Breton Highlands National Park, NS See specifications and drawings for further details on the requirement of this project. To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 > $ 2,500,000, Taxes extra. PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATE Contractor must perform and complete the Work no later than June 27, 2025. Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than five (5) business days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer NOT being provided. INFORMATION National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
