Description
The Canadian Coast Guard (CCG), Central Region, has a requirement for one-time brushing and grubbing maintenance at LL 867 Port McNicoll Rear Range in Tay, Ontario. The rear range is located at 44° 45’ 22.246” N, 79° 49’ 45.69” W on a Crown-owned plot of land.
CCG contains the rights to an easement along the range line where trees have begun to obstruct the navigational aids. The area designated for brushing covers an area 150’ wide by 1600’ long. This area spans across three properties – the Crown-owned site, 3255 Triple Bay Road, and 3323 Triple Bay Road. The area is accessible by motor vehicle.
