Request for Information on Carbon Dioxide Removal

The Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) is launching this Request for Information (RFI) to engage industry, through consultation, on its interest, capacity and ability to supply offset credits that have been generated from carbon dioxide removal (CDR) projects that meet the government’s greening requirements. Respondents are requested to provide answers and feedback related to Annex A – Preliminary Requirements and Background Information, Annex B – Summary of CDR Protocols and Annex C - Technical and Procurement Questions, which contains questions for specific information being sought by Canada. For the purposes of this RFI, the primary target audience is potential suppliers for this requirement.
