Description

The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the Service Dock and South Launch Ramp Wall at the North Bay marina. The facility is located at 225 Memorial Drive in North Bay on the north shore of Lake Nipissing. The work involves encapsulating the existing steel sheet pile walls (approx. 55 m) with a new wall consisting of precast concrete panels between H-piles and a concrete deck. Other associated work to include the removal and reinstatement of existing harbour accessories, installation of new tie rods, anchors walls, pile sockets, concrete coping and retaining walls and fenders. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2026.
