5P468-25-0307/A Stage 2 - Roofing and HVAC replacement - Visitor Center Bethune Memorial House National Historic Site *** Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.*** REQUIREMENT Parks Canada requires Replacement of the upper-level flat roof at the Bethune Memorial House Visitor Centre by removing the existing roof system and rooftop mechanical unit, installing a new self-adhered mod-bit roofing system with insulation and flashing, and installing and commissioning a new rooftop mechanical unit with all required connections and electrical work. TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings.
