TITLE: Electrical Substation Upgrades – Quinsam River Hatchery, BC for the Department of Fisheries and Oceans (DFO) INTENT The intent of the Work is to replace existing power distribution equipment nearing the end of its serviceable life to maintain continuity of electrical service to the facility. The existing unit substation, associated conductors, and grounding systems will be decommissioned and replaced with new equipment, consistent with current practice. This project is coordinated with, but independent of, a separate initiative to address the condition of the unit substation supplying the electrical room.
