Mandatory site visit: Interested bidders must attend one of the mandatory site visits held on February 24, 2026 at 9:30 AM EST and February 26, 2026 at 9:30 AM EST. Meet NRC Representative at Building M24, 1200 Montreal Road, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0R6. All the deliverables must be received on or before September 30, 2026. Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
